Interested in finding out more about our work? Want to inspire your local community to take action for rivers? Get in touch to book one of our incredibly knowledgeable and engaging speakers.

We are a passionate team with a lot of knowledge and we’re raring to share that far and wide to help inspire people and communities to get involved in taking action for their local rivers.

For any talk we give, we suggest a minimum donation of £100 which will go directly towards our vital work to help rivers and wildlife thrive.

If this amount is too much please do still get in touch to discuss options - we are flexible and our focus is to reach as many interested groups and communities as possible.

Presentation Format

All of our talks can range from 15 to 60 minutes in length depending on your requirements and our availability.

All talks about specific rivers can include an overview of the history of the river(s), their course, current pressures, the wildlife found on the river(s), what we are doing to help enhance them and how you can get involved.

Described as our equivalent of the Great Barrier Reef, chalk streams are a natural resource which needs to be protected and cared for. With less than 200 left in the world, book a talk now with one of our river experts to discover more about these precious streams in our catchment:

How Can we Revive the Rother?

Home to the only native freshwater crayfish, the beautiful Western Rother is a precious chalk stream rising from several springs near Empshott in Hampshire and running through stunning countryside for 52 kms.
